With a view to 2025, Filatura Tollegno 1900 proposes a plan of interventions with high added value for its collaborators. “Putting people at the center” is the guideline.

Creating a “comfortable” and “motivational” professional context in which everyone’s talent can emerge and, at the same time, take care of personal well-being by providing initiatives and services that promote the happy union between professional and personal life. Starting from this awareness, Filatura Tollegno 1900 has developed a welfare plan for 2025 that meets the needs of its 111 employees, the company’s primary asset.

“At Filatura Tollegno 1900, we firmly believe that people’s well-being is fundamental to business success. For this reason, we have implemented some welfare initiatives to support our employees and foster a positive working environment. Among these, a lunch break program that is functional to promoting a healthy and balanced lifestyle even in the workplace. Specifically, we will offer employees meals prepared with attention to nutritional values ​​and sustainability, making a balanced diet easier and more accessible even when away from home”. Roberto Cecchini, HR Manager, who has been working for the company since March 2024, presented the projects that Filatura di Tollegno 1900 is implementing for 2025. “These actions, together with others that have been developed, have a clear intent: to put people at the center and foster a corporate climate that inspires well-being and productivity”. Other interventions also go in this direction, such as the introduction of flexible hours, functional to a better balance between personal life and work, and the expansion of benefits related to training for employees and their children. “Promoting professional growth through personalized courses and coaching is a diktat for the company, as is demonstrating its closeness to the families of employees. For this reason, the possibility of participating in training will also be extended to the children of our employees so as to contribute to their growth”.

This latter commitment clearly defines the vision of Welfare for Filatura Tollegno 1900.

For the company, as well as for me, “welfare” means creating a work environment that allows each person to feel valued and supported not only as a professional, but also as an individual. Our goal is to primarily focus on the well-being of employees, facilitating a balance between private and working life. But not only that. By putting this approach into practice, we are concretely committed to building a corporate culture that fosters personal and professional growth, taking into account the needs of each individual. All in full compliance with common rules, so as to ensure the creation of a climate of trust, belonging and engagement that is essential to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.

Training is an important piece of the welfare plan. What value does the company recognize in it?

Training plays a fundamental role in the synergy between personal well-being and professional growth. In the company, we focus, and will increasingly focus, on training courses that not only develop technical skills, but also support the growth of soft skills, essential for building a collaborative and stimulating environment.

In your experience, what training courses are most effective?

I believe that the most effective training courses are personalized, which allow us to respond to the specific needs of each employee. At Filatura Tollegno 1900 we favor continuous training on linguistic and IT skills, but we are also about to launch specific training linked to innovation and sustainability. We are in fact convinced that, thanks also to these courses, everyone can actively contribute to the achievement of company objectives, feeling at the same time an integral part of our growth path.

Every project linked to change sometimes brings with it critical issues. Which ones do you face?

The main difficulty is being able to give colleagues the necessary support for change. In a rapidly evolving context, it is not always easy to accompany people in adapting to new processes, technologies or ways of working. This requires not only adequate training, but also continuous support to overcome human resistance and build an environment that promotes flexibility and openness to new things. We work to make change an opportunity for growth, ensuring that employees have the tools and confidence to face it with enthusiasm.
