Improving communication flows between internal divisions, clearly defining their identity and promoting the simplification of operations: this is the goal that Tollegno 1900 has set itself by taking a training session that has set these as the themes of the three training sessions structured by Tollegno 1900 and aimed at some of the company’s key figures. To achieve the set objectives, however, the company has focused on “unconventional” tools, preferring the use of theoretical sessions punctuated by slides, very practical meetings entrusted to the use of Lego, canvas, dice and cards. “These tools have the merit of making the problems to be analyzed much more understandable and at the same time simplify the solutions. Last but not least, they make each meeting engaging and offer each participant the opportunity to express themselves freely, comparing themselves with their colleagues as a team,” explain Tollegno 1900. “We are very satisfied with what emerged during these meetings and now we are working to implement what we have managed to “build” thanks to the support of the trainers who have supported us.”
