Exhibitions, museums, cultural spaces that have made textiles and yarns their center. Where are they?

For over twenty years the “La Tela” laboratory in Ginesi (Varagon) has represented the typical textile tradition of the area, which aims to protect and transmit ancient knowledge that lives and expresses itself thanks to nineteenth-century hand looms. To be exhibited and presented in the Laboratory, in addition to historical tools used for spinning and weaving, are the techniques and artefacts of the ancient artistic textile production typical of the Marche Region. They are enhanced by a targeted educational path in which the visitor is guided step by step in the experimental encounter with weaving and its valuable products.
