In fact, wool also has some disadvantages. In particular, it is subject to felting, that is, to the kinking of its surface fibers for this reason during washing it cannot be centrifuged, otherwise it would felt. To avoid the risk, it is better to dry it, dry it flat and not in the sun and iron it at low temperature. Over time, it also tends to turn yellow – so that it does not happen, it is subjected to specific treatments to eliminate or delay this inconvenience – it can be attacked by moths that can seriously damage it and dries with some difficulty.
