A large tapestry made using fabrics and yarns of multiple colors so as to give life to a sui generis mosaic with a strong chromatic impact. Bringing it to life is Matteo Nasini who, with the “Woolscape” project on June 25, dresses Cittadellarte – Fondazione Pistoletto in a thousand colors. Among the yarns that took part in the realization of the work also those of Lana Gatto who supplied some of its most representative products such as “Asian” (70% Virgin Wool and 30% Acrylic), “Babysoft”, 100% Pure Merino Wool ExtraFine treated with Aloe Vera to ensure maximum softness, “Calicò” (50% Merino Wool and 50% Acrylic) and “Eco cashmere Soft” which, 100% Recycled Cashmere, expresses the brand’s attention to sustainability. Balls such as “Maxisoft”, “Merinocot”, “Misina”, “New Ireland” and “Supersoft” 100% Pure Extrafine Merino Wool yarn give life to the art project. “We are very proud to have been called to take part in this art project promoted by a Biella-based reality of excellence that represents the art world well beyond regional borders,” commented Lana Gatto.
