Starting in 2025, the company will offer all 108 of its employees a Long-Term Care policy in the event of their loss of independence. This concrete measure of care and support for the internal community, which can count on a structured support plan, is designed to benefit the entire company community (108 people). The new welfare initiative launched by Tollegno 1900, coinciding with its first 125 years, is dedicated to the entire company community (108 people). In the name of promoting the care, protection, and well-being of its people, the company has activated a Long-Term Care policy for all employees, guaranteeing a monthly life annuity of €1,000, as well as a one-time contribution of €10,000 in the event of their loss of independence.

The initiative aims to be a concrete sign of protection for the future of employees, even in difficult circumstances. “Tollegno 1900’s decision to offer this coverage to all its employees, without distinction, is not only confirmation of an inclusive approach, but also a clear signal of its commitment to putting each individual at the center, protecting them even in unexpected situations, such as the loss of self-sufficiency. We are proud to build a professional environment where everyone feels truly supported and protected. Together, we continue to grow, strengthened by the values that have accompanied us for 125 years,” explains Roberto Cecchini, HR Manager at Tollegno 1900.
