A customized technical t-shirt was specially created by the brand to accompany the performances of some of its employees.

Tollegno 1900 runs and walks alongside its employees, supporting them in events, races, and initiatives such as “Les Sentiers des Valdotains”—a journey to the foot of the Matterhorn and Monte Rosa starting from the heart of the Aosta Valley—the Camino de Santiago (the Camino de Santiago) on the French route from Leon to Santiago del Compostela, and the Valencia Half Marathon Trinidad Alfonso Zurich. A customized jersey was specially created for the employees who participated in recent months, demonstrating the company’s commitment to these endeavors. “In August,” explains Roberto Cecchini, HR Manager at Filatura di Tollegno, “I embarked on the somewhat crazy but deeply desired adventure of the Camino de Santiago, and Filatura Tollegno 1900 gave me a special gift to accompany me on this journey: a technical shirt personalized with our logo and the symbol of the company’s 125-year history. A simple gesture, but one that is deeply meaningful to me. It speaks of belonging, trust, and the bond created when work and personal life intertwine with mutual respect and recognition.” Antonio Renna and Arianna Megna are similarly grateful, and hope to have Tollegno 1900 at their side for future sporting events.

Starting in 2025, the company will offer all 108 of its employees a Long-Term Care policy in the event of their loss of independence. This concrete measure of care and support for the internal community, which can count on a structured support plan.
